She has written a young adult novel about a young woman in college town, Oklahoma who is coming to terms with what it means to be an adult, love, and forgive. She hopes you will be able to find it at your local booksellers sooner rather than later. After all, her two closest friends have read it and declared it to be the best book ever, and she really trusts them.
Her favorite Pinterest board at the moment is one meant to inspire her second novel, which takes place in Manhattan. The fact that she's never actually been to Manhattan won't stop her, so don't even try.
She also writes about motherhood, comic books, pop culture, and only occasionally the heavier stuff that people usually don't want to talk about. Above all else she strives to write without fear or filters.
She lives in Oklahoma with her husband, three children, one dog, and two fish that has managed to survive its sibling who were all won at the county fair. "Just give them all dollars to try, Honey. There's no way all three of them will win."
